Clients are maintained under the Organization Units section of Setup. A client can include any individual or company outside of your organization, such as a customer or contractor.
User Rights
The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view clients:
Rights | Description |
---|---|
CLI_MANAGE |
Allows the administrator to add new clients, modify existing clients, or delete clients. |
CLI_VIEW |
Allows the user to access and view clients. |
